We try to collect as little as possible, and we tell you what we do collect. This policy explains how BEDLAMAPPS (“we”, “us”) handles information on bedlamapps.com. Our individual products (such as plushy.app) may have their own privacy policies that cover the data they collect.

This website is a simple marketing page. We do not require accounts and we do not run forms. The information we may collect is limited to:

• Analytics data: anonymised information about your visit (pages viewed, approximate location, device, browser, referrer).
• Emails you send us: if you email us, we'll have the contents of your email and your email address.
• Technical logs: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) kept briefly for security and debugging.

We use Google Analytics (GA4) and Firebase Hosting, provided by Google, to understand how the site is used and to keep it online. These services may set cookies or similar identifiers on your device. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or by using a privacy-respecting browser or extension that blocks analytics.

• To understand which pages are useful and fix things that aren't.

We do not sell your data. We do not run behavioural advertising on this site.

• Google Firebase Hosting: serves this site.
• Google Analytics: measures traffic.
• Google Fonts: serves the typefaces used here.

Analytics data is retained according to Google's default GA4 retention settings. Emails you send us are kept for as long as they are useful for the conversation, and deleted on request. Server logs are rotated regularly.

Depending on where you live (for example, under the UK GDPR, EU GDPR, or CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, submit a request via our contact form. We'll respond within a reasonable period.

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.

If this policy changes, we'll update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the home page for a short period.
